No Cost, Home Energy Audit

This FREE service is for our customers who have systems that are over 10 YEARS OLD. Systems that are over 10 YEARS OLD could be in the 8 to 10 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) range or 60 to 70% AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Rating) range.

We will be able to show you the cost savings a new high efficiency system will have on your utility bills. The new heaters have efficiencies of up to 97% AFUE and the airconditioners up to 24 SEER.

Think of SEER & AFUE ratings as miles per gallon for your car - the higher the number, the more you will save on your utility bills.
