Oliver Residential Service

The Residential Service Department features 28 professional, highly trained technicians. Each technician is equipped with the latest tools and skills to completely diagnose and repair the most complex HVAC systems in the industry.  Each technician’s truck is stocked with a vast amount of parts to provide you with immediate repairs to get your system back on line to restore your comfort.  Our office is staffed Monday-Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays from 8am to 4pm. We have an after hours staff of managers and technicians available to handle your emergency needs.  We use flat rate pricing to insure that everyone is charged equally for each repair no matter how long the task may take.

We offer two types of maintenance agreements that give you priority service, professional annual precision tune ups and increased savings in comfort. At each precision tune up there is a minimum of a 13 point check list which insures that your system is operating safely and at maximum efficiency. (See maintenance agreement section for more details).
