At 12:20PM today (3/16/2021) my wife yelled up from the basement, "Pat, we've got a problem!" I went down and there was water all around my heat-pump and it seeped out of the closet and underneath the faux wood tiles on the basement floor. I called Oliver (in a bit of a panic) and explained the situation that I "thought" it was the humidifier but really wasn't sure. The woman on the phone (sorry I forget her name - Very Nice) helped me for 15 minutes while we trouble-shot and decided to send the service tech out anyway because I was due for the 6-month checkup anyway and because it wasn't an all-out flood my service window was sometime before 9PM. Service Tech, Bryan Carmichael called me at 1:10PM to let me know he'd be here in 10 minutes. He spent 90 minutes here, fixed my leaking humidifier, serviced my heat pump, taught me the settings I had wrong on the thermostat for the humidity, and sent me pictures and an email with pictures describing the repair so we can see if the damages are worth putting it through homeowners.By the way . . . it's not even 3PM yet. Crises averted . . . Thanks to the lady on the phone, Bryan and Oliver Heating and Cooling. Great customer service all the way around.
