Today I had the pleasure of Aiden McHugh servicing my HVAC heating maintenance. He was amazing he started with a call to inform me that he was on his way. He even asked me if I had any questions or concerns and if I needed more information about the plan I am on and the service that will be done on the heating system before heading to my house. He is a very friendly and respectful young man. He was very clean presentation wise and was very clean in the space he service. He kept everything organized. Aiden kept me updated on everything he was doing. I like that because it shows me that he cares for my family and I safety. This brings comfort to me because this shows that Oliver's staff care about our family and that we are able to trust them. Aiden keep up the good work. Aiden is amazing at his work. I called Oliver HVAC Service since my heating was off because of some malfunction. The HVAC system was under warranty. Tyrone Gunby III came to inspect the problem. Tyrone spent nearly the whole day troubleshooting and fixing my heating problem. He took time to diagnose the root cause, went to his company factory to get the right part and carefully followed steps to fix the problem. Because of him, I have my HVAC unit operating tonight. I was specially worried because we are supposed to get about a foot of snow tonight. It was a delight to work with him. Such a nice, professional, customer focused guy. He gets 10 out of 10. Eric discovered a deteriorating water main pressure regulator that could cause major flooding damage if it failed. Nicholas did an expert installation of a new water main pressure regulator.

This was a big job. We had a gas line installed by another company and then Oliver replaced our all electric heater with a gas furnace and replaced our old Freon-based AC unit also. The Oliver Tech's were Steve S, Tom D and Brendan M. They did a great job. They were punctual and professional and always kept me in the loop regarding their progress. They had to remove the old units and replace them with the new units. They left my basement cleaner than what it was before the job started. Before they left, they made sure I was comfortable with using the new programmable thermostat. I'd highly recommend Oliver Heating & Cooling.
