Baked S’Mores – Campfire Treats Without The Campfire, From Pinterest

No summer campfire is complete without s’mores. Ooey, gooey, delicious. My favorite variation is to use a Reese’s cup instead of plain chocolate, but this contribution from Jordan in our customer service department just might take the cake when campfire season is over.

The original recipe can be found here, and it’s every bit as mouthwatering as it looks!

“They are so easy to make and everyone loves it.  I’ve made them for a few parties/ BBQs and everyone that tries it either asks for the recipe or requests that I make it for the next get together.”

So now whenever that s’mores craving hits, you can whip up a batch and enjoy!

Pinterest Recipe Review: Two Timin’ Pasta Bake

Today’s Pinterest review is from Katie in Customer Service. She tells us:

This was an easy recipe I made one morning before coming in to work the afternoon/evening shift. It kept well until my dinner break – I’d definitely make it again!”

You’ll need:

1 Box Penne Pasta
1 (15 oz) Jar of Alfredo Sauce
1 (15 oz) Jar of Marinara Sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to the directions and drain. Mix the sauces together in a bowl. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and toss the penne to coat it. Pour the pasta mixture and bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 25-30 mins at 350. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
