Tyrone called prior to arriving to our home. He was on time, introduced himself and immediately got to work and completed a thorough job. I recently had Oliver Heating perform the annual maintenance of my heating system and humidifier. The technician that performed the service was Judah Miller. From the moment he entered my home I was impressed with his very pleasant demeanor and his professionalism. After he briefly explained what he would be doing, I mentioned a problem with my humidifier that had occurred last year which he said he would check out. When he was finished he advised that my system was in good condition and that the humidifier was now working properly without leaking. He did not try to push for my purchase of any upgrades or any unnecessary repairs/adjustments which was most appreciated. He did remind me of the available plumbing & electrical inspections that are available. I was extremely satisfied with this appointment and will be requesting Judah Miller for my next appointment with Oliver.
