The installation team consisted of Tommy, Clint and a junior technician. Tommy arrived early and we discussed access, set-up, and technical approach. Tommy prepared the area so that when Clint and the equipment arrived, the installation was quickly underway. After the thermostat was placed, Clint provided a clear tutorial of its operation. Clint and I then inspected the installation of the air conditioner and the gas furnace. All of my questions concerning purpose, operation, and maintenance were answered. I appreciate the tips and insight that Tommy and Clint provided. Clean-up was meticulous. Altogether a very satisfying experience for a conscientious homeowner.

This is one of those big ticket items for your home, having to replace our 15 year old Heat Pump System, but, eventually, it has to be done. I could not say enough about the work completed by Oliver HVAC Services!

With the initial consultation with Rocco Jr. giving us all the options, costs, and told us about the installation was extremely helpful in making our decision to install a new Heat Pump System. He also return after the installation to assist us in setting up our Wi-Fi thermostat system.

As for the installation technicians they were phenomenal. During the installation Scott, Brendan and Mason insured every step was done with care, was customer centric, and insured it was done with the highest level of professionalism! Overall the installation surpassed our expectations! They were also on time and left the place spotless. They are a 5 star group all around.

I asked for the replacement of a kitchen faucet and after an hour of huffing and puffin the plumbing employee left and now my facet has the cold water in lugar of the hot water and vice versa

Mike recently repaired our sewer drain and I was extremely impressed with his work from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the issue in the steps needed to fix it.

Mike arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was completed properly before leaving. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the right job were evident throughout the entire process.
