Thank you to the Brendler family of Morton for allowing us to share these pictures of their new addition, built by Danny Lovelace of the Oliver home remodeling department. We think you’ll agree that this stunning, sunny space is ideal for family gatherings!

A full wall of sliding doors give access to the deck at multiple points, throwing the space wide open indoors and out.

Skylights over the range provide great natural light, enhanced with custom light fixtures for overcast days or night time.

The large island with built in cooktop provides additional seating, as well as a large surface for serving food.

The refrigerator blends with the custom cabinetry, and the microwave is built into the kitchen island for added convenience and saved counter space.

Working at the kitchen island brings the cook into the center of the action with easy lines of conversation to the family seating area – or a beautiful view over the deck into the garden!

All of the custom cabinetry has soft close hinges, and appliances like the dishwasher and trash compacter are virtually invisible.
