Perry Robinson did a heater inspection. He was friendly & courteous. Asked how the heater had been operating & the settings we usually use for heat & a/c.
Perry noted that are unit isn't very old & in great working condition. Explained Oliver's services. There wasn't any cost for today's inspection. My daughter won a free inspection during Springfield day give away.
We do have a service contract w/ another company, maybe switching for next year.

He came on time, was very professional, super friendly, explained so many things to me, helped me find the dirty filters in my basement and removed them. He showed me and explained a lot to me about the system so that I know what to look out for in the future. I also learned a lot about the different filters we have and how to know when it’s time for them to be replaced!
