We had an issue with our sump pump after the cold spell. The sump pump was spilling water into our basement. I called Oliver and within two hours Mike the plumber was at our home and opened up the wall and found the issue. He explained everything to me and replaced our sump pump and made the repairs to the discharge line. He did an awesome job and we were very happy with his work. Oliver provided us same-day service when our 18-year old gas-fired furnace stopped working on a 20-degree winter day. They diagnosed the problem (a clogged condensate drain), made the repair, and then tested and inspected the entire heating system in that visit. At the end of the visit, the technician (Fred) reviewed parts availability for our system and approximate parts costs, should future repairs be required. He also discussed (without upsellling pressure) the benefits of new systems and range of prices for new systems.

We chose to take an annual maintenance agreement, were thrilled with the service visit, pleased with the low cost of that visit, and became better educated customers overall.
