I had Oliver install a new HVAC system, and Ron and Jeffery handled the installation. They did an outstanding job—everything looks great, and no detail was overlooked, very professional job. The system is performing better than any I’ve had in this house before. When we make an appointment for our usual service for our heat pump maintenance, it was done professionally and in a timely manner. When the technician, Tan Mai came (on time) he was friendly, professional and more importantly to us as senior citizens very knowledgable, and he took the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. He also gave us pointers which was very appreciated, especially since our heater/heat pump is 13 yrs old, over the 10 year warranty period. We opted to replace our capacitor (voltage stabilizer) and it was done quickly and we’ll now have peace of mind! We have always had good service on prior occasions but Tan was exceptional! This was my first time using Oliver HVAC and I was very impressed. Alex Little, who is a project manager, came to check on my water heater. He thoroughly examined the problem and did the site survey. He explained to me all the details about my old water heater and how badly it was installed with a plastic and metal exhaust pipe and it was against the code requirements. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me the process of replacing the new unit with new pvc venting for exhaust. Alex and his team, Tashaun and Anthony did a great job. Tashaun and Anthony cleaned the area very nicely after installing the unit. They were very polite and professional.

I wanted to share about the professionalism and friendliness of Anthony Zuppo, an Oliver HVAC technician. He was very thorough in his work to tune up my AC unit in prep for the summer months. I was impressed with his honesty and “no pressure” suggestion to upgrade my compressor and A-coil since they are approaching end of life and that some of the circuit boards were looking pretty bad from normal wear and tear. The installation team consisted of Tommy, Clint and a junior technician. Tommy arrived early and we discussed access, set-up, and technical approach. Tommy prepared the area so that when Clint and the equipment arrived, the installation was quickly underway. After the thermostat was placed, Clint provided a clear tutorial of its operation. Clint and I then inspected the installation of the air conditioner and the gas furnace. All of my questions concerning purpose, operation, and maintenance were answered. I appreciate the tips and insight that Tommy and Clint provided. Clean-up was meticulous. Altogether a very satisfying experience for a conscientious homeowner.

This is one of those big ticket items for your home, having to replace our 15 year old Heat Pump System, but, eventually, it has to be done. I could not say enough about the work completed by Oliver HVAC Services!

With the initial consultation with Rocco Jr. giving us all the options, costs, and told us about the installation was extremely helpful in making our decision to install a new Heat Pump System. He also return after the installation to assist us in setting up our Wi-Fi thermostat system.

As for the installation technicians they were phenomenal. During the installation Scott, Brendan and Mason insured every step was done with care, was customer centric, and insured it was done with the highest level of professionalism! Overall the installation surpassed our expectations! They were also on time and left the place spotless. They are a 5 star group all around.

The installation of our heating/cooling system went very well. I would not hesitate in recommending Oliver. Not so for plumping. I asked for the replacement of a kitchen faucet and after an hour of huffing and puffin the plumbing employee left and now my facet has the cold water in lugar of the hot water and vice versa
