Oliver replaced my worn geothermal heat pump with a modern new one. The unit had two parts, one in the basement and one in the cramped third floor attic. The installation team was very respectful of my property, worked diligently and expertly, and was quite pleasant.

Oliver provided us same-day service when our 18-year old gas-fired furnace stopped working on a 20-degree winter day. They diagnosed the problem (a clogged condensate drain), made the repair, and then tested and inspected the entire heating system in that visit. At the end of the visit, the technician (Fred) reviewed parts availability for our system and approximate parts costs, should future repairs be required. He also discussed (without upsellling pressure) the benefits of new systems and range of prices for new systems.

We chose to take an annual maintenance agreement, were thrilled with the service visit, pleased with the low cost of that visit, and became better educated customers overall.

He even asked me if I had any questions or concerns and if I needed more information about the plan I am on and the service that will be done on the heating system before heading to my house. He is a very friendly and respectful young man. He was very clean presentation wise and was very clean in the space he service. He kept everything organized. Aiden kept me updated on everything he was doing. I like that because it shows me that he cares for my family and I safety. This brings comfort to me because this shows that Oliver's staff care about our family and that we are able to trust them. Aiden keep up the good work. Aiden is amazing at his work.
